Took my RV in because of some wires that came loose in the converter area and Vaughan's replaced the entire converter. I went and picked it up and got it home and the slide out wouldn't worked. Called Bob the service manager up about the trouble and he didn't know what was going on but said he'd call back. He calls back an hour later and says the technicians and the owner could only open and retract slider manually after the converter repair. No one called me about this before I picked it up nor did they mention it when I paid and picked it up. I now have a RV with a non-functioning slide out with questionable service repair work done on the converter. I'll be taking it to another shop and am prepared to take it to small claims court if the converter repair caused the slide out issues. Any repuatable and decent repair shop would have called and informed the owner of such a major issue with the slideout before taking payment and allowing the customer to pickup their RV after such a big repair. Take your stuff to Vaughan's but be prepared to be screwed over.
These guys are a joke. Can you use Google? How about you tube ? We'll you know how to fix your RV then because that's all they do. Straight up flying by the seat of there pants. All Brian the owner likes to do is show off all his pricey toys and pretend like he's rich. Lol. What a joker
I considered buying a new trailer but ran into a deal on a motorhome. I needed some things for the MH and called them and later visited them and discovered they are about 20% higher on parts than other dealers. Example: the part I needed was $28 online, other dealers we're around $43 and this place told me around $60 and in reality I saw it later on their shelf and it was $49. They do offer some used and salvaged equipment which is a great deal. Don't have to pay a new price for some things.
