The Food is great. The service is good. And on average it's not super crowded, but when it is crowded the wait is less then 5 minutes. The parking lot is kind of small, especially if you happen to have a trailer; but the place next door has extra space if you don't mind the walk. I'd rate it a little over 4 Michelin stars, but they lack the little amenities such as Wi-Fi. Overall it's a decent place to eat at frequently.
This is hands down the best Mexican restaurant in the Des Moines metro! I was hesitant at first to try a new place, especially somewhere a little out of the way, but with very little convincing from my better half I never want to go anywhere else. The staff is amazing, but the food is even better! $2.99 margaritas on Wednesday and Thursday is an amazing special to go along with the great food. And if you are looking for something really great that you won’t find anywhere else, try the Quesadilla Chicken Tips, it’s not a normal quesadilla but it is covered in delicious cheesy goodness! Enjoy!!
I give them 5 stars because they are so friendly and welcoming. Service is 2nd to none in my experience. With that said I would rate their food 4 stars but the service puts them over the top with am overall rating of 5 for me!
