Messed up two of our sandwiches after reading our order back to us correctly then were annoyed when I brought it back so they could fix it. When we got the sandwiches back our double cheese burger was just a single and the cheese wasn't even melted. They have messed our order up every time we have gone here and the manager is less than helpful.
I took a friend here and they loved it. The new facility is kept clean and it looks good. I was pretty excited to see a Hardee's in Indianola even though I'm not in Indianola as often anymore. The staff were friendly.
Found out I couldn’t substitute fries for onion rings (Which is Okay) so I asked them to take off the meal and just give me onion rings. I pull up to the window and they swipe my card and the receipt says I still paid for the meal so the associate calls the manager over and he is not in a good mood and says what!?! Associate reply’s with what we originally asked for. He says “sure I’ll give them whatever they want”. My order was still wrong with ice in my drink which I request no ice (since I was still paying for I wanted it to be right) and I also didn’t get my fries and cookie with my 5$ all star meal, associate did make me a new drink without ice but they obviously were annoyed with them so I didn’t hassle them to fix the rest of the order because I was done with the terrible customer service
Service was horrible. Employees were just joking around and not paying attention to customers. Got my order wrong and didn't realize until I got home. The job isn't that hard and there was only 6 customers in there. It's not hard to read a screen to see what the order is. Definitely lost my business.
My food was made fresh to order. Staff was very friendly and efficient with my order from the drive through. My previous visit the restaurant was very clean and tidy. Great value of food and service for the price!
