I lived here from January 2014-May 2015. When I moved in Donna was the manager. She bent over backwards to help us to get moved in. They had gotten rid of all the druggies, were taking care of the property, and were quick to fix things. It is now under new management again by Tim who has been taking better care of the apartments, cleaning and fixing them the right way, have been quick to fix things and actually do it right, worked with me on rent one month when my wallet was stolen from my car, even worked with me when we moved out on dates and getting my deposits back. There has been some disputes between couples, but the situation was always handled and ended quickly. Neighbors have all been very nice and outside grounds have been nice. They have been very good at accommodating us here. We had to move b/c we needed a 3 bedroom, but would definately move back if I had to. The only reason I give it a 4 star is I'd rather be in the country than in town in a apartment.
I've lived at Foxwood apartments 4 years in May.I've seen a lot of changes for the better.We used to have a lot of drug busts now you hardly ever see the police here.The grounds are kept clean and now those people that have dogs do clean up their dog's waste,which wasn't enforced.around 6 years ago
Nice neighbors! Lots of kids! Has a park area for the kids to play in! Manger Lynn is sweet!
We love it here! The apartments are clean and very quiet. The grounds are kept clean and the staff is awesome. I am disabled and they are very helpful, even provided a reserved handicap parking space for me. I also have two little dogs and they have been welcomed here. The apartment has very strict rules about curbing your animails which is fantastic and it helps get the open areas clean. I would definately, and have, recommend this apartment to my family and friends!
Now there is someone in the office if you have a problem you can tell them before it always said I'm on the grounds if you need me call a number.There were 2 occastions that I had to call rescue and was so weak and confused I didn't unlock my door.No emergency contact number to open my door and the police had to go to the manager to get into my apartment.Now there is an emergency number and when called they come promptly which makes me feel much more relieved.The staff are friendly and Gabby our new Manager will work with you should the need occur,They've cleaned up the grounds and things get fixed.For 6 months before my tub was plugged up and stool lid had broke.I put in a work order to the manager and verbally told him and nothing was done.In the winter snow is removed from the sidewalks promptly.I really like living here and plan to stay.I feel safe and would tell my friends and family to move here.Thanks, Foxwood for all the improvements that I can call home.
