His response time was extremely fast. He would always set up a showing for us very quickly, and if the timing we requested would not work for him to be there with us, he would even send another representative or partner so we could go on our own schedule. .
Ben Watt was excellent to work with. We really thought it would take at least 6 months to sell our home. He gave us some really good hints that helps sell. Made some great points on what to do and not to do. After all that being said we took his advice and then put our home on themarket. 13 days later we had a offer . SOLD !!! .we were so surprised. We were so happy. During the process Ben answered all our questions. He was very polite and knowledgeable.
