Needed a part for my furnace at 6:30 pm and they met me at their shop and got me the part. Then they followed up to make sure the furnace was working.
Had a hot water heater installed that has lasted 2 years,now does not work at all. Pretty sure the warranty is used up on this one. In need of another new one. Trying my luck with another company. The only reason I gave them one star was so I could post this.
Called Don at 5pm on a summer Friday and he was here promptly Saturday morning. Diagnosed the problem with our air conditioner and had it fixed and up and running with the new parts in under an hour.
