Best secondary roads in the state. I always enjoy driving thru Warren County. They do an excellent job with their relatively small budget for the amount of traffic they deal with.
My experience with the Warren County roads is terrible they are so muddy that you can hardly get through some of that mud. We need decent rock and crowns put on our roads and the potholes are so bad that there is no way you can avoid them. The hill on grime street at 70th is so muddy I almost got stuck coming up the hill.
