The main reason for the one star review is I'm almost certain the lady at the counter rounded up my bill to the closest $5 when I was in there renewing my plates today. I can't confirm this as she never offered a receipt for the transaction and I never thought much of it until I got to my truck. None the less, it's still poor customer service for not offering a receipt. End of rant.
The staff are friendly and do their best to aid people's problems. They went the extra mile to help me when it would have been easier to give up. It's usually not too busy and I've had great customer service from them.
They always do a great job of getting you in and out here.
Ok here's my gripe for this place. I find it a little disrespectful for them to paint the walls with the indianola school colors. They are there to serve all of Warren county, not just Indianola.
