Absolutely terrible customer service experience. Was charged over $60 for an oil change on a Chevy truck despite having an Internet coupon for $24.95 (no expiration date) which they would not honor. Watters has lost a loyal customer.
Service Center is excellent
Wasted Tom much time here. The salesman was good, but the car was too expensive(top price according to NADA)and was not willing to come down at all.
Good place, get in and out fast
I usually don't write reviews but felt it was necessary this time. We just purchased a used vehicle from Watters and had one of the best car buying experiences I can remember. We are from Illinois and it was a 5 hour drive to the dealership, they worked with us over the phone and had everything ready when we arrive and the vehicle was as pristine as described. Mike Simpson our salesman was knowledgable, honest and a pleasure to deal with. Again, it was a pleasure to deal with Watters and Mike - would not hesitate to purchase from them again.
