Fantastic experience overall! I have worked in the auto industry and as a customer service manager, and can confidently say that the quality of work done and the care taken to the vehicle was great and the manager Jose, will provide you with the best customer service experience around! The prices are really the most competitive that I have seen as well. This place is not like any other shop, and that is a great thing! Will be coming back for everything moving forward.
My Nissan has been at your shop so long... almost 6 months long. I moved to Colorado and have come all the way back to Iowa TWO TIMES and when I got there there was something else wrong and prior to me spending $ on travel I was not notified that it wasn't done! All I needed was an engine repair but so much has gone wrong since!! And I'm trying to pay and get my car back but no one answers every time me or my parents call the shop! It would be nice to have my car before the end of January! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CARS HERE!!! If everything with my car is resolved my the end of January and NOT A SINGLE day into February, I will gladly take my review down.
Customer service was nothing short of amazing! Welcoming atmosphere and the guys made sure my car was taken care of at a reasonable price. Great experience!

My experience at A+ Automotive was quick, courteous, and affordable. My ABS module went out on my 2009 Volkswagen Jetta, and I appreciated Jose's efforts in trying simple fixes prior to having to send my module of to get rebuilt. Most places around this area will order a new module, with no warranty. However, I was able to get my module rebuilt with a 5 year warranty for half the cost. My car is running great! If you need a Volkswagen mechanic... Or any mechanic... Jose is who you need to call!
