I have went here for years with my cats and dog. All the veterinarians are professional and very caring. Rates are reasonable and wait times are good too. Just be patient when it is very busy.
Additional: Thank You for your call Dr. Brennan but your staff was told of the situation at the time. I ended up having to pay almost an additional $100 to cover anxiety and pain medication for him after I brought him back to have his bandages redone. His head wrap came off and they were pissed at me that I didn't prevent it. Almost a year later his other ear did the same thing, I went to another vet and it cost me a 1/4 of what your clinic and we were both very well cared for.

Can I do less than stars? I went to IVC for over 20 years. They were fantastic in the beginning. Kind and compassionate. Not so much anymore. My pup had ear surgery several years ago and it was an awful experience. They made me feel stupid and were anything but compassionate to my dog, who by the way is the sweetest. They actually drug him back to the room when I dropped him off of surgery and when he had to stay overnight, I stopped in to see him and they looked at me like I was nuts for wanting to comfort him. Never again will I put my animals through that. It's not just the staff but the Dr's as well.
Great care for the animals and easy to understand what is being said. Very helpful for me and the family with our horse dogs
I would absolutely do negative stars if I could. Called before we came to make sure we could do payments for an emergency situation, told it would be fine. Got there and say for 2 hrs which we totally understood....examined the cat, said yes needs tooth pulled immediately, put him in a cage then told no payments. We'd need $3-400 to pick him up... For a tooth extracting. We explained that we were told we could do payments and he said sorry and have us the cat back..... I get when you work you want paid...and we were putting allot of it down.... All about the money...who cares about the cat in pain.
