I recently visited this store my sales associate was very friendly and helpful. I love my new phone and all of the staff, you will too!
The next day, we went to the Apple Store and tried to figure out what was wrong, when we discovered that I couldn't even make phone calls. I thought it was odd, because I had been texting a friend all night, when I realized I was using iMessage, which is an Apple thing. We got a help number from Apple and then we went to the US Cellular store.
If possible, go to a different US Cellular store like I did.
It also must have slipped her mind to activate my new phone. She handed it over to me when she was "done", saying my phone was good to go. I then tried to sign into my Apple ID. I wasn't getting the verification text for the two-factor authentication and I asked why. She stated that Apple was the reason why I was not getting these texts. She also let us leave without making a test call on either phone. That was a mistake we will never make again.
This store is awful. Just plain awful. Terrible service. I just got a new iPhone, and I had the ability to receive an accessory that was $100 or more with those $100 marked down. I would have enjoyed that offer if it had been made before I picked out a first case. Our representative must have had other things on her mind (like a higher commission), because she didn't inform us of the offer before we had purchased the first accessory.
Do not go to this store. The representatives are more concerned with their bottom line and their commission than your enjoyment of their services.
Only one person working on a Friday and they didn't even acknowledge that I was there. Don't waste your time here go to Des Moines they will try and help you.
Since I started at this location with getting cell phone service. Has been a nightmare. If you can go to another store I recommend it.

When we got there, we were informed that my phone had not been activated. That's why I couldn't call people or get regular text messages. Once the representative at that store helped us, I got so many texts and notices of calls.
