I bought my toddler some shoes on Sunday the 23rd and throughout the week I had her try to wear the shoes but they seemed to be too small. We had initially tried the shoes in the store, but most 1-year-olds can't express how a shoe feels. Now it is the 27th and I attempted to get the pair exchanged for a bigger size but they wouldn't allow me to return them without a box. I had proof of purchase on my phone. I'm discouraged because I am a very loyal customer to local businesses, but because of their lack of understanding I will choose to go somewhere else.
