indianola is great
A beautiful park for taking pictures, you regularly see senior photos, family photos, or wedding pictures being taken here. But it's a great place for a picnic, to spread a blanket out, or to sit and read. There are lots of interesting plants and trees to look at as well as the trees. No play equipment or bathrooms, just nature, paved paths, and places to sit and relax.
This is a beautiful park! The city works very hard to keep it in great shape and I certainly appreciate it. Simpson students are frequently doing homework or reading and there are always people walking dogs or exercising. A bike trail goes through one side of the park and connects to the Summerset Trail which goes all the way to Carlisle.
