Nice new hotel with comfy beds and good climate control. Fridge and microwave included. Shower is tall but has drizzley output. Free breakfast is mediocre.
Stayed on an extended work trip in the area. Very new, nice and clean hotel. Upon arrival, I was upgraded to a suite at no cost which was a very nice surprise! Overall a great stay in a quiet location.
We stayed here on Christmas Eve to visit family and celebrate the holidays. This hotel is absolutely gorgeous! Several different seating areas on the first floor that are cozy and perfect for gathering. All of the staff were very friendly, accommodating, and professional. Would definitely recommend if you're visiting the area.

Is small but is very well maintained. The things this hotel has going for them is their continental breakfast and customer service. Everyone here is very friendly and patient. The breakfast is always great in the times we’ve been here we have had build your own breakfast burritos, omelets and breakfast egg sandwiches. They will upgrade and work with you if you are polite. Our son also loves the library where he can do some reading during downtime.
Nicest rooms in Indianola! Beautiful hotel, great breakfast choices, pool was nice, well maintained. Rooms were perfect and clean. Our housekeeper was either new or grumpy. Came back to the room after a Simpson College football game to a half cleaned room. Garbage was emptied, comforters on the beds were pulled up but sheets weren't straightened. Also came back to find some extra food in the room that was not ours. Might have been a housekeepers snacks, not sure. Overall it was a great hotel, we will definitely stay there again!
