I've always been greeted warmly, and have built fun relationships with the employees. The technology is what I like best about Wells Fargo, and the employees at the local level make going to the branch a pleasurable experience. I strongly recommend the Indianola branch for your banking needs.
The manager is so fake about her personality. The other manager, Amie, won't even smile or acknowledge your presence. If it weren't for the convenient locations in Des Moines and Waukee, I wouldn't bank there
When my father passed-away, they were very supportive & helped me with his accounts & even helped with all the faxing that I had to do when dealing with his affairs out of state.
Rude! Happy to open the account, but once they have you they aren't warm and friendly.
